I am a Value Geneticist - a positivity junkie with the capacity to hug a room and fill it with energy. I have dedicated my life to uncovering the hidden threads of human and organizational value with a mission to help people and organizations recognize their true impact and unlock greater value!
My career? - From executive and entrepreneur in organizational development consulting, marketing, and brand strategy - to entertaining and speaking before 1M+ people, to being a brand spokesman and voice actor in more than 25K commercials and digital media productions, I have been driven by a provocatively transformational question: How do we define value? My answer lies in ValueMapping - a proprietary framework that achieves breakthrough clarity and alignment, enabling businesses and individuals to make better decisions that foster greater growth and happiness.
I fulfill my mission through consulting, coaching, and courses. My podcast, The Complexity of Toilet Paper is available on your favorite platform; and later this year, my first book on reshaping how we define value, will be published - sparking a movement toward healthier human connectivity, purpose-driven work, and reshaping how the world defines value.
